You have identified correctly that people who bully other people online can make those getting bullied hate the bully and also it can cause a lot of hurt to the person getting bullied. What do you think are the reasons for people who bully online? I think that sometimes they just might not be able to follow rules, make the right choices and follow what most of their friends are doing so it is very important to make the right choices even when no one else around you is making those right choices.
